    I got an Hi10 Pro from Gearbest and it arrived today. I tried charging it via the included usb type c port, but all it does is it turns on the led for a couple seconds then nothing else happens; the tablet does not charge.

    Is there any solution to this?

    Are you experiencing following issue — http://forum.chuwi.com/thread-2976-1-1.html ?

    Users are suggesting that replacing the charger/cable might help, while others are claiming the issue is persistent regardless. I haven’t tested it myself, but I’m going to receive a new charger/cable soon and will check to see if it fixes it.
