Chuwi Hi10 pro will not turn on after tapping on android at boot menu

Help, my tablet will not turn on. I deleted the android os from my tablet a while ago but I didn’t get rid of the boot menu. when I booted it up I tapped the android button to see what would happen (stupid in hindsight, I know) and then it blue screened and turned off. Since then I haven’t been able to turn it back on. I’ve tried draining the battery then charging it but I’m not sure it’s charging. I have the keyboard attached and that’s lighting up but the tablet is not. Please help
