Chuwi HI10 (With two normal sized USB ports.) won't turn on…

Hey guys. I just bought this thing and it won’t turn on no matter what I do. Here is what goes on…

• Orange LED blinks when plugged into the charger,
• Orange LED stays solid when plugged into a computer.
• When holding the power button for 15 seconds the LED turns off while plugged in.
• Holding power button when unplugged turns LED on for 3 seconds and then shuts off.

 

Steps I tried doing:

• Letting it charge with the supplied power plug for 3-4 hours.
• Holding power + volume up buttons to turn it on.
• Unplugged the battery, wait 30 seconds, replugged it in and tried to power it on.

 

I have no clue what’s going on. Any help please would be really appreciated. Thank you.
