Hi, I have both and while the pong pin layout is the same. It will not clip in with the stays, different style and size of them both. You would have to do a real hack job to make it fit, for example, super glue or screws to secure the i9 keyboard onto the bottom of the Hi12 and then you still have the issue of no tablet kickstand.
