What do you recommend doing? Contacting support? It says that I can’t open a dispute until 10 days after the item is marked as shipped. Even if they do put it in the mail between now and that time I don’t want to buy products from people that lie to me. I might try paypal.
March 8, 2016 at 12:55 am #28392Not a lot can be done. I have to wait 6-7 days more and open a dispute (It never used to be 10 days). But by this time in a week the seller will have the keyboard and a legit tracking number, so the dispute will be declined.
I’m trying to use Aliexpress as little as possible. Banggood.com are by far the best and Gearbest.com for me. If only I saw their keyboard listing before I ordered… I’m just too impatient at times for the site reviews and it always backfires on me…

Yes, those reasons are the main reasons I buy from Banggood. Almost all the other Chinese (crap)shops say it is in stock, but actually it’s not in stock. They have terrible stock control. Banggood however is always honest. (about 99% of the time at least) And they are cheap, so why should I buy elsewhere?

Still anxious to play …my first foray into direct from China electronics.

They even came up with some garbage about their agent letting them get it back from the shipping company… As if they ever took it to a shipping company… Never using that site again. Even the site support just doesn’t care about people lying.
And it looks like ebay sellers are also lying about actually having it. None of them will send me pictures of the actual box or item. Just the same stock pics everywhere. Probably just going to go with banggood…
March 15, 2016 at 11:22 am #29476This is why I’m really starting to hate Aliexpress. 90% of sellers do this. Just add a fake tracking number and they have you trapped. I confronted the seller, told them this was a fake tracking number as nobody has stock. To stop lying to customers as it’s only hurting you in the end. And they agreed to cancel it for me. Guess I was lucky. But the trick is to select, I don’t want it anymore as the reason otherwise they might not agree if you say no stock. It marks against their account or something.
Fingers crossed my Hi12 keyboard ships tomorrow from Banggood. It’s the deciding factor on whether I keep it. As it is I already got the missus a white version, good tablet. I can get almost 10 hours on mine watching videos. The great battery life and screen is what makes me keep this unit.
If the keyboard is good to use and it’s not too heavy and bulky I’ll keep mine. Just hate the damn white keys and trackpad, so stupid of Chuwi.
