    Did you charge your Hi13 tablet? Please charge it for 1 hour then reboot it or press power button for 15 seconds.

    I’ve charged it so I can show gearbest its DOA. Unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. Still waiting for an RMA number from them to ship it back. If they don’t take care of it soon enough I can always revert to a paypal dispute.
