chuwi hi8 bottom black bar problem

hi there,

i have got today the chuwi hi8 and its really awesome tablet.

i used him today and suddenly i see that the bottom black bar(back arrow,home,shortcuts)in the android os got big and when i turn the chuwi to widescreen mode i see that there is only black bar without the buttons.

i tried to restart and go to windows and back to android and it doesnt work.

i want to do factory reset but i am afraid that the dual boot os app disappear from android.

anyoune knows what to do?

is factory reset delete the dual os app in the android version?

well, since it does not come as an app it seems to me resetting should work just fine without any losses. i think it’s baked into the android install itself. I reset windows and i didn’t loose the app, but that is a different case.

i really worry about this,but i will try.

btw, the gaming exerience on this tablet very suck.

i tried to play fifa 15 and mortal kombat for example,and they looking great but slowing crazy.

anyone has this slow problem?

by the way,

i had a factory reset on the android os.

after that,the language became chineese and i transfer it english.

the bottom black bar finally got back to normal

but when i switch to windows 10 and got back to android,the bottom black bar become sucks again with the large icons(back arrow,home,shortcuts)

why this is happening?
