Can anybody help me, now I have a new problem :DDD I tried to clean my tablet by restoring factory setting also I wanted to see whatcleaning computer’s TPM is and I’m stuck right here, tablet doesn’t respond when I try to select yes or no, touchscreen doesn’t respond, windows and volume buttons also do nothing.(Also tried to plug in keyboard but still nothing)Only one opnion left t just shut it down by holding down power button for a while but when I turn it on same problem occurs. Is it possible to send back my tablet to china if I don’t have the package, but I have my tablet just for a month? I got it from gearbeast 🙂

Here are some fun facts that i encountered with a faulty microSD card :)).on my brothers tablet(vi10) he had a stupid broke microSD card ^_^.that fucked up the tablet at that level that i had to reinstall windows from scratch! everything was lost on the microSD and also on the tablet. He bought a cheap 64gb microsd card from china.

Your problem is with windows bitlocker key that windows has.

Anyway your solution might be the following:

Solution 1: Get a mouse with cable + your otg cable try to hit No! or yes..Try changing the mouse with a basic one(no razer, steelseries blabla)

Solution 2:Get a bootable usb with windows10 from techtablets website!name it WINPE(name of the stick has to be like that to be recognized by the tablet) ,you can use “wintobootic” to create your bootable usb with windows on it

Turn off the tablet and insert the usb with win10

Then press volume up+power hold them till it will show up two lines with some text(can’t remember what but it’s fine) wait untill windows starts booting(it might take a while don’t panic)

Then try to go to Repair windows(bottom left on the win10 settings window) and try to fix it by repairing windows. Or just go on a fresh install

WARNING! Start with full battery !!!! Safe is safe 🙂

GEORGE!! You’re a life saver!! Thank you for your answers, I’ll try what you’ve said…Talking about microSD I’ve learned my lesson since now I buy only expensive ones ^-^In this case with Chuwi I used Kingston 8gb microSD really fast and good but…Also when that blue table appears tablet does not respond to mouse so I cannot hit yes or no I’ll try solution 2 if it’s possible to reinstall windows while this error is occuring :)but I think it’s not going to react to USB while this error is there. But thank you for you suggestions :))

Just try a fresh install of win10 keep in mind you have to name the usb “WINPE”

If it doesn’t show up that binary screen after pressing Volume+Up(first) and then Power, turn off the tablet connect a usb keyboard do that again and spam Esc it might work and you get in the bios!

If you manage to get in the bios go to SCU ->Security

check if TPM State is enabled !

TPM Availability should show “Available ”

TPM operation it should be “No operation”

    Do not clear the TPM!

If we get this far check on boot if everything is enabled.

Use This Video! as a guide ! if you manage to get in bios…

Tell me if you managed to reinstall windows 🙂 hope for that option to work straight ahead

Thank you so much for your effort! I pushed Esc + volume up and it did work, but now another problem appears ;DDD when I go to bios settings my power button doesn’t respond nor keyboard, mouse, or usb also I just can navigate with volume up, down through options: Continue or Boot From File. I cannot go to SCU option or somewhere else except those two. Actually now I can use my tablet quite normally but that problem with microSD persists, so do I have to reinstall windows to solve that problem with micro SD because you mentioned before something about windows bitblocker key but I don’t know much about it and how it’s related with my sd card?

Check in the device manager if you have the sd card component present. There should be a driver for your sd card component, it should show up in the device manager try uninstalling it and after that let windows get the driver.

If it doesn’t i’ll extract it and then i’ll post it here 🙂 and you’ll give it a shot with that one

I don’t know how to  manage to boot from sd or pen drive via otg.

I’m asking -…is there any way to hard reset from power button and volume up and down.?…

    Please I’m desppered .
