chuwi hi8 dosn't recognize micro sd

since  i bought it, all works fine,   and i use sd card  to save file and program ,but from  yesterday, the tablet dosn’t  recognize micro sd (16 gb), ;  i put the microsd card in a computer (using adaptor), so, i found that it had some problem and  so i formatted it, and now my laptop a recognize it; also i tried it in my smartphone and it work, but not in my chuwy neither in windows , neither in android.

the tablet is under garanci,  doy you think is an ardware problem ? or can i fix it ?
