Hey all… I’ve been trying to read up a bit and couldn’t find anything on this. Back in September, I was using my Steam controller via an otg cable to stream games from my main pc, and recently tried doing it again, and it no longer picks up anything using an otg cable. I did see another post on this, but nothing was ever resolved. I have tried resetting into the uefi bios to see if there was a setting that could be adjusted, but I cannot navigate it without having a keyboard attached (and that is impossible right now). any suggestions or help would be great!

I got the same problem. No controller, flash drive or anything via otg cable. Mine happened when I mistakenly insert the wrong AC plug that had wrong voltage and amps into Multi USB hub that was attached to the tablet and it fried everything that was plugged in , Tablet didn’t charge until minutes later it did but otg will not work. I think you might have to use a MutiUsb hub with Ac power to reset the bios or upgrade/install it (Might lead to you having to do full Android and windows installation).

I lost my powered hub in my mess of gadgets, I may have to order another one 😛 Thanks for responding.

    Try this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pp2Z7CbEa9E
I made one of these and mouse, keyboard work!! So get one of the powered multi hubs to flash chuwi hi8 bios. Maybe the full otg function might work again.
