I am a new user and not sure about something for which i need clarification and guidance
i purchased the above mentioned tablet with its orignal dock keyboard. when i connect tablet to dock keyboard the keybord doesnt switch on its power is off. but when i plugin power at one of its usb ports it works perfectly. all the videos and images i have seen dont show any cables connected to the keybord and keyboard works fine but in my case as long as i dont connect external power to one of its two usb ports it doesnt switch on
is that normal if not what can be done to rectify the issue. i tried leaving tablet docked to the keybord and left power input to usb port of keyboard to see if it charges the tablet but that didnt happen either
