Chuwi Metal Keyboard lost media hotkeys

What I mean is that the Keyboard shortcut keys such as “Play” and the “volume up” “down” and “mute” are not working.

Now I have to press “Fn” in order to use those media shortcut keys.

I didn’t make any adjustments to my keyboard, but why all of the sudden is it using the F keys as default???  Is there any way to get them back to normal?
