Hello, you can use professional programmer tool to flash dualboot bios into Hi10 tablet then you are able to install Android for the tablet with serial number 42160400682. But it is risky. I don’t suggest you do it. It maybe brick your tablet if you can’t operate it successfully.

thanks for info – my tablet is already bricked 🙁 – now i am waiting  for the usb programmer ch341A

then try to flash dual os – hopefully it works

If you are not bricked, you don’t need the programmer – just boot a system rescue CD
