Chuwi V10HD 3G: How remove Android?

Note –  This is about Chuwi V10HD 3G NOT the Vi10.

I mistakenly reset my V10 to factory on the Android side.   It seems this blew away any home screen ability to switch OS over to the Windows side.   Pressing power + volume only brings up Android side options (such as thefactory reset).  I see no way to start the V10HD in Windows, although I have no reason to believe I’ve damaged the Windows installation.  Everything on the Android side is now in Chinese.

If there’s no straight forward fix for this, then I would just like to blow Android away altogether and merge all the Android partitions into Windows so as to give Windows more space.

Can someone here please help?  Keep in mind I am not a systems programmer.

UPDATE:

1. I stumbled around in Android Settings until I found the one for Language.  Fortunately, there is a selection for English.
2. I finally figured out that there are two different swipe-downs from the top.  The one from  the upper right corner had an icon for switching the OS.  So, now I’m able to use the Windows 10 side.
