    Is it a Vi10 or a Vi10 Pro? The Ultimate version doesn’t support Android and it uses a different CPU.

    If you’re not using an Ultimate version then whats the ID on the bottom left of the tablet?

    hi again, its Chuwi VI 10 Ultimate 64GB and it say on the box

    VI10 – 10.6 1366*768 Wndows

    Windows 8/10 = Abdroid and some chainess

    64 – Z8300 . 1.84GHZ – 2GB – emmc:64gb

    can this information help

    Yeah, your version doesn’t support Android. It’s internals are too different e.g. you’ve got a Z8300 CPU, but everyone with Android has a Z3736F CPU.

    I deliberately bought the Pro version instead of the Ultimate version because the Z8300 is worse than the Z3736F for some things. That and I wanted another device that could also run Android without emulating it.

    If Android is important to you then you should exchange the device for the Pro version instead. If you can’t do that though then you’re going to be stuck with software like BlueStacks or Genymotion.

    Or have a look at using ARC / ARChon with Chrome in Windows.
