I got my vi10 tablet and am loving it… apart from the fact that my keyboard case is really unreliable. when i dock my tablet, sometimes the keyboard and touchpad will work perfectly, and sometimes it will just be dead and not respond. Sometimes a restart will fix the issue, and sometimes it won’t. I just got a replacement keyboard yesterday from the vendor and am running into the same issue with it 🙁 Can anyone offer any suggestions?
More details:
The tablet is running the factory firmware and software. when i plug the tablet in the dock, it recognizes the keyboard as it knows to switch out of tablet mode… but none of the keys work 🙁 at other times, it works perfectly. what gives???
