    Hey there:
I have chewi  vi pro, 64 gb. Does not recognize the keyboard. I thought the keyboard was broken, but to try another keyboard  and another Vi10 see that is not so. I think I will have to connect to a Bluethoot keyboard.

    Hi,

I’m considering upgrading my new Vi10 Pro (Serial 2215110XXXX) to Windows 10.

    My current BIOS is J1D-S165C_206.

What are the risks of updating to Windows 10? Do I need to upgrade my BIOS first or does the version I have support Windows 10?
Are there drivers I should pre-install or at least preload onto the hard drive prior to the upgrade?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

Any advice would be appreciated. I would love to have Windows 10, but I don’t want to risk bricking my new tablet.

    Hi Guys,

I am stuck at installing android. I have installed USB driver (intelandroiddrvsetup and isocusb). I open manufacturingflashtool and open flash.xml. then I connect both laptop and tablet via micro usb cable but nothing happens. I have tried 2 different laptops, tried re-installing drivers, tried 2 different USB cables. but no success. I can’t see anything in laptop’s device manager as well. please help.

If anyone needs an Android restore image for model 221510 it is here: http://www.tablette-chinoise.net/forum/vi10-pro-firmware-t7883

DO NOT INSTALL ON 221509! Brightness does not work, no sound, and no bluetooth.

I can’t find 221509 android stock image, can anyone help?

You need to use Macrium Reflect. With it you can restore the Android partitions, the Windows partitions or both OS’s.

If you want to write a pre-made ISO to a USB then you can try using this pre-made recovery ISO. You’ll then be able to copy the .mrimg file onto the USB too (untested).

I think if you’ve got a working Windows partition then you could just install Macrium Reflect and then from the “other tasks” menu you’ll get an option to add a recovery boot menu entry. If you do that then you should be able to directly boot to Macrium Reflect and then restore things that way.
