chuwi vi10 pro 64gb ghost touch and touch problem

Hello. I’m a owner of a chuwi vi10 pro but i have some issues.

I updated to windows10 and now, im android and windows, sometimes the tablet make ghost touchs randomly and other didn’t work, and for work, i need too press standby buttom multiple times for work again. I see a user with the same problem but i didn’t see the topic anymore. Can you please help me?

My Chuwi Vi10 Pro sometimes does it too, but not as often as it does in the above videos. It’s worse for me when using Windows than it is using Android, so I don’t know if it’s a hardware issue or something that can be fixed with updates from Chuwi. People tend to think that it’s a thermal problem though.

Here’s the thread you’re looking for. I’ve noticed that only the Pro version seems to have the problem. I would take mine apart, but I don’t want to risk cracking the case.

There’s a few different versions of the screen now, so that’d explain why people have different results.
