    Hi,

    My Chuwi Vi10 Pro just arrived from Gearbest yesterday and it was working well and running smoothly until this morning. I let the battery run down to just under 10% before plugging it in to charge the device. For some reason now when I go to turn on the device it turns on but gets stuck on the screen with the Chuwi logo for around 3 minutes, after this it enters a screen that says “EFI Shell….” (picture of screen attached). I don’t know how to get out of this loop, if someone could please help me I would be extremely grateful.

    If anyone else wants to take a stab at this please be aware that I discussed this issue at length with SD in private, he was unable to read any data from the eMMC drive at all. To get to the shell it was taking him 3 minutes and none of the usual power button/volume options were working (both of which I think read data from a boot section of the eMMC, although I could be wrong about that).

    I came to the conclusion it was a H/W issue with the eMMC drive, but I would be genuinely happy to be proven wrong on that…

    Update bios 100 percent works

    Download bios  and install
