Chuwi Vi10 Windows 10 touch screen??

I updated to windows 10 yesterday and all went smoothly but my touch screen doesn’t work anymore, i’m assuming it’s the driver. I tried downloading the touch installer driver download from here for windows 10, and it said it was successfully installed but still the issue stays the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

The driver is different for newer hardware.
