CHUWI Vi8 Plus – Windows 10 – USB type-C

Hello guys, I’ve a coupon for this tablet and I was wondering if I should actually buy it.

I really like this tablet because it’s cheap and it has a USB type-C port, but I’d like your opinion before I go ahead.

Looks like it would be fine, albeit with the drawbacks of other Chuwi products; the scratchable screen, low battery life and slow eMMC drive.

There is obviously some issue sourcing the 1200p screen of the Hi8 Pro.

answer from chuwi help desk with link to complete drivers, bios and rom

the install.wim is slightly bigger than the rom from here. anything else seems to be the same
