    I will soon get my ezbook 3 pro and I aim to install my m.2 ssd in it. What is the easiest way to clone the preinstalled windows 10 to the new ssd?

    Minitool partition wizard.

    It is Free and work flawlessly! It has a dedicated function for this type of work . I already used it and it is the best free program for cloning hard disk in general, not only from internal HDD (emmc in this case) to ssd .
