Complete EMMC Backup/Restore

Hello, just got my X98 Pro from Gearbest for a repair after 3 months of waiting. I imagine that it will come with the factory configuration so I want to make a complete image of the EMMC in case in the future I am forced to restore the operating system.

I think this topic has already been discussed in other threads of the forum, but I have not found a procedure that seems definitive. Can someone tell me the program to do it and the basic steps?
