Hi AGAIN! XD I have two questions of the thermal mod:

    – Iยดve just noticed my thermal compound has “metal particles” (Delta GPM-5). Would it be risky somehow?

    – Can a 15mm copper shim get the SAME temps results than a 20 mm?.

    THANKS AGAIN!

Much more risky as that’s conductive. Best to use a non-conductive paste.

    15mm will have similar results.

If there is no overspill then it will be okay, sure.
