- Not standard. Perhaps there is some program/utility to do that to be found on the internet.

July 20, 2017 at 11:42 am #69475Thanks Ernst, then, how is the typing? Are you happy with that? Do you accidentally touch the touchpad sometimes and then see the cursor somewhere else in the text? It happens to me often with other touchpads. …
July 20, 2017 at 1:38 pm #69478As the hardware is for many parts equivalent to Chuwi Hi12 I wonder if the on/off toggle for the touchpad could be hidden under the same key: Fn-F11. Can anyone confirm that? Please?
July 20, 2017 at 6:18 pm #69483Sorry Ernst, but you are mistaken, or you should make an appointment with a optician to find your lapbook, another possibility is you do not see the colour blue. It seems to be Fn-F2 key to kill the touchpad. I learned this from one with a HKC-lapbook, identical to the Chuwi with the same keyboard.
July 21, 2017 at 5:35 pm #69514Nothing wrong with my eyes 🙂
Just plain stupidity not knowing about this feature.
Thanks for pointing it out.
Since I own a number of LapBooks 14.1″ I don’t use the 15.6 so much anymore. The 14.1″ is so much better…
July 23, 2017 at 8:59 am #69551Thanks for your reply Ernst, but I do not know why to trust any of your “opinions” any longer. Hope you are happy with your flock of 14.1’s
July 23, 2017 at 2:15 pm #69560A bit rude are you aren’t you?
In my business I own 2 15.6″ LapBooks and 7 14.1 LapBooks. Since the 14.1 came out we don’t use the 15.6 that often anymore. That is why I didn’t notice the Fn-F2 combination on the 15.6 LapBook. Shame on me 🙂
You are free to trust or distrust advice from anyone. But being as rude as you are in your last comment is not necessary. I work in IT already for 35 years. I generally do know what I am talking about. Even Chris (of TechTablets) makes a mistake every now and then here and in his YouTube videos. Do you still trust him? I certainly do.
What questions are you still having?
BTW; on eBay on other place the 15.6 LapBook is very cheap. I guess stock is high and not a lot of sales since the 14.1 and 12.3 came out… so act fast if you want one.
