    I got my Hi12 today – and it is ROOTED FROM THE BUYER. I bought it on sale from Banggood, I believe…..it was the buyer that Chris specified with a coupon. I can’t remember – but I have ROOT!

    Well shitski. I ran Root Access – a program to check root – and it reported such. However, I cannot get Super User Requests. When running SU – it says no binaries are installed and that “is a problem”. If anyone out there can help that would be FAB.

    Maybe try installing SU via adb?

    Has anyone tried fbrl to root the chuwi hi12?  i use it on a tab with an older intel atom (z3745). If it works you can use it to install supersu and xPosed via a temp twrp.

    How do you install via adb? Is that when you install from your PC? Where would I obtain the proper binaries?

    I got chuwi hi12 dual boot. How can i root android.

    I need root to install adaway.
