    Hello,

    i have received the teclast x5 pro yesterday. I have tryed to charged it overnight. But next day the battery pack was empty although the connector was in a right position. The tablet didnt started, without charging cable. When it start with connected charger, the windows charging symbole shows a charging process. The charging symbole shows 40 percent. Until 10 seconds and than stop the windows charging symbole. When i now pull of the charger the tablet will be off. i have the latest bios update on it. Why i cant charge the tablet?
    please help!

    Do yourself a favor and do what I did.  Send it back for a refund.
