left lukewarm rating on cubes Aliexpress page after getting the tablet, which went into blue screen of death from the minute i turned it on, only fixed by doing the wifi antenna fix with foil. no customer should have to do this for such an expensive purchase .
contacted them for a fix prior to opening the device as i thought it was a driver issue .
took them a month to get back to me saying send them pictures of the problem. literally that was all the reply said.
went ahead and left the poor feedback and two or three stars at best.
since then on a weekly basis i get a bribery email asking to change the feedback for 5-10 dollars in return,
id rather send the tablet back for a full refund then take that.
they couldn’t be bothered with helping me when i asked yet are quick off the mark when they get poor feedback.
wont be buying from cube again.
