Cube i10 Shutting down due to thermal event

My cube i10 (2 month old) seems shuts down due to thermal event after a short time. This occurs when I play certain games particulary. The shut down occurs after approximately 20min.

Any idea how I go from here? Vendor support is given, but one month per trip to/from China.

Run in Windows and see if stays on longer than Android. I fixed mine by taking off the case back. checking the battery was plugged in properly then ran it for a while with the back off. Mine ran fine with the back off, so i drilled some ventilation holes in the case above where the motherboard is. Seems to have fixed the issue.
