Cube i7 Book Keyboard not working

Hi, I saw Chris’ review and decided to get one. I got this from the Alex press sale awhile ago.

 

The keyboard is the only thing not working. It gives me the USB device not recognised. It does work a little while but after not using it for a while it stops working.

I’m just wondering what to do at this point. I tried troubleshooting but nothing is working so far. Im not sure how to update firmware as I cannot read Chinese. Should I get warranty?

Try making sure the contacts (pogo pins) aren’t dirty

Among the things I tried are:

Physically cleaning the pin

Reinstalling drivers by uninstall<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>ing</span>

Reinstalled windows

Disable the power saving on USB ports

Troubleshooting hardware
<p style=”text-align: left;”>Nothing seems to work. Im not clear on the warranty procedure. What should I do?</p>
