    Try making sure the contacts (pogo pins) aren’t dirty

    Among the things I tried are:

    Physically cleaning the pin

    Reinstalling drivers by uninstall<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>ing</span>

    Reinstalled windows

    Disable the power saving on USB ports

    Troubleshooting hardware
    <p style=”text-align: left;”>Nothing seems to work. Im not clear on the warranty procedure. What should I do?</p>
