Thanks for answering but I find those faux-leather cases extremely cheap and doesn’t even worth the 5$ they ask for. The fabrics is so thin than it’s almost cardboard.

I definitely need a TPU/Gel case like all my other tablets has/had. That material will also be the best to isolate the tablet from my hands after a thermal mod, TPU/Gel doesn’t transfert heat.

The tablet I has, an old Samsung, is with a faux leather case and it’s OK for my needs. I don’t know about Cube i7 after the thermal mod but I intent to do it when I change the SSD, I don’t have money to buy the SSD right now and my main use will be video watching and work, a thermal mod is nice but not mandatory since I won’t play games or do high demand tasks. Cube i7 is very popular, I’m sure someone will make a TPU case for it or we can ask some company to make one for us, I’m sure they’ll listen to a great number of users.

If you plan to use the i7 Book for video watching, you should really consider installing the ”uBlock Origin” extension for Chrome / Firefox. It blocks every video ads out of YouTube and such.

If you have a connection to a Chinese OEM manufacturer, you can ask for a case, I would order one for sure. But normally, just to consider the project, they need a deal of 1000 pieces minimum. Prototyping a mould takes time and they need a tablet as well for testing.

Thanks for the tips but I usually watch videos downloaded from fansubs, they have no ads. But I’ll take a look because those Youtube ads are terrible.

is universal but fits quite well the cube i7 book and can be used as stand, it protects well the corners, so I’m pretty happy with it. I have the ocube too and both cases are worthy.

I ordered it from eBay but it’s taking long to arrive, I assume it won’t arrive. I’ll ask for a refund and buy one latter from AliExpress, some sellers are sending by ePacket.

Does cube iplay 10 case(the one with transparent rear) fit cube i7 book?
