Cube i7 Book – won't start

Hello,

I just received my new Cube i7 Book and after an hour of using it an issue occurred.

While using the tablet a blue screen popped with a message “Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart…” and since then it doesn’t want to turn on. While pressing the ON button the diode lit up but that’s it. Battery was at 50%.

I tried hard-resetting by sticking a paper clip into a hole next to the ON/OFF knob for a 30 sec and then turning it off. It didn’t help.

I checked few different forums and found that some people had the same or similar issues but with Cube i7 Stylus.

Very odd, it’s as if Windows might have flashed a bios update? And if it wasn’t the correct bios it would brick it. hate to say it might need a bios reflash.
