Cube i7 Stylus not recognising charger

My i7 doesn’t seem to recognise the charger when it’s plugged in – not charging the battery, not powering the device. Red LED doesn’t come on.

Tried multiple power outlets, two different chargers. Soft restarted and hard restarted, no change.

Any more suggestions?

Try removing the back cover and check if the battery is connected to the motherboard.
When I received my unit I had the same problem, but slightly different, so it may or may not work.

Yeah will probably have to have a look – the battery should be connected though as it was running fine on battery power and it was showing on the taskbar. I guess it’s probably the power socket itself
