Frustratingly, everything in the same size ballpark seems to have slightly different dimensions. I’d also be quite interested in finding out if any cases could be used for the Cube i7 Book. But the Cube i10 seems to be too wide and high for both the stylus and the book, while the MS Surfaces seem to be a bit too thick. Not sure to what extent one might be able to fix these issues…
