Looks like I have the same problem.
Blinks fine while charging, but holding the power button does nothing.
Shame.
I’ll keep trying.
And literally when I post this the tablet boots fine. I assume this is because the battery was empty and needs to pass a certain threshold to boot.
8% when I boot it in android… Yeah, I’m just going to assume that’s it.June 16, 2016 at 2:43 pm #41177The cservise of banggood suggest the following 4 steps
a.please charge the tablet for 5 hours to see if there’s electricity or not. (Because tablet factory only a portion of electricity remaining)
b.If there’s a reset button, please press it after connecting the charger to re-boot.
c. Hold power button and volume up or down for 20-60 seconds to fastboot mode to restore the factory default settings
d.If that does not work, then could you please change a charger and cable and see whether the charger or cable’s problem.a.I Did it before scervice contact
b.Is there any reset button on Iworks10?
c. Factory settings of what? Bios or OS??

November 3, 2016 at 9:16 am #56333Ok listen good alphacompus , first cube is solid all ur problems is cause most people lack the understanding of it (i own this tablet myself ) .
Make sure u have no usb connected when you boot up or restart or switch OS. This however can be connected quickly right after the first cube boot logo to enter bios or whatever. Anyway….leave ur usb in and u could get boot problems, its hard for ur mini system to deliver so many power at first, it needs to boot up….however sometimes or many times it will boot up proper and or slower while plugged in.
Ok next is…..no matter if ur led turns blue or not….plug in ur charger and if your not sure about your battery reservoir, let it connected for 2 hours and charge (1 hour would do too).
Next is to uncut all cables inc usb and the power and or headphones and or hdmi. Grab ur tablet and press and hold ur power button for 30 seconds long (nothing will happen, but there will !) it will force a power turn down, after 30 secs release your power button again and dont do anything with your tablet the next 30 seconds (this is to make sure everything goes right).
Next step you press and HOLD your volume+(up) and power button together for atleast 15 seconds, your led will turn on and off (and probably still black screen).
After this DO NOTHING DONT PRESS ANYMORE BUTTONS!. (Its resetting), however what u do is ….. Hook up ur charger, then let it do its job. (This can take up to an hour)
After an hour, go check your tablet by unlocking the sleep mode(if not work, power it on). I will confirm this help myself today to make sure i got all steps right.
Ps: if it didnt work well…..try it again haha! Goodluck.
