I bought an active stylus as I thought it might work according to some marketing graphics… Unfortunately, it does not. It only works with a proprietary passive stylus which looks funny with a weird plate on the tip of it. I am still waiting for it to be delivered to try it out, but it doesn’t look very practical. And also, I doubt palm rejection will work with a passive stylus, we’ll see. That being said, it’s not a deal breaker for me, I don’t think I would use the stylus that much,
February 27, 2016 at 8:56 pm #27316The stylus wich is listed on Gearbest.com isn’t the original one. it is a generic stylus that you can find on aliexpress for every models.
I’ve bought the original stylus from cube store in china and it costs about 30$!
i will take some picture and write a mini review as soon as possible
February 28, 2016 at 8:46 am #27394I have bought the more expensive stylus from Gearbest for around $30 ( http://www.gearbest.com/tablet-pcs/pp_211007.html ), but couldn´t get this stylus to work with my iWORK 10. No reaction at all. Is there anything else needed to get the stylus to work on Windows 10? I have also tried my Samsung Galaxy Note 2014 Wacom stylus, but this stylus also didn´t work. That´s why I bought now the cheaper http://www.gearbest.com/tablet-accessories/pp_314890.html stylus for just $4 and hope to receive them in the next days. Will let you know if that one works. 🙂
February 28, 2016 at 6:33 pm #27438unfortunately the gearbest pen is the original one, it is not a special pen with 256 level pressure, just a generic one that you can find on aliexpress
i have bought it for 30$ from cube store in china
cube advertisement was FALSE, and it’s very unpleasant.

But I can’t get it to work all the time, when it does it has the correct circle icon graphic feedback of the pen working as a bit and not touch. But it would seem this is enough proof to me that it supports the system that the Dell Venue 11 Pro uses or similar.
@faravahar Does it have a battery? It must be powered otherwise it will not work as it’s another tech like wacom.Chris | Admin

That’s because it’s a Wacom pen for the i7 Stylus. Not Cube i10, which uses a battery operated active stylus. (I think it’s Goodix or the Dell one)

February 28, 2016 at 11:34 pm #27495Well I replaced the battery on my Dell Venue 11 Pro stylus and it worked just as bad as in my hands on video, but it definatly registers a few times. I think my Stylus is broken, it never worked on my V11P properly and was later revised. So it must be Synaptics tech used on it?

March 8, 2016 at 11:12 pm #28527A comment on this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4Ja07Xf5KE
says it has “Wacom Serial Pen Tablet HID Driver 10.0.10586.0”
Edit: more looking has shown that this tablet seems to be sold under the Trekstor brand in Germany, and they sell an active stylus for it.
March 9, 2016 at 12:18 am #28537Interesting, none of my Wacom stylus pens work on my unit. maybe the rebrand version has Wacom?

Question:
Is the screen a capacitive touch screen on iWork 10 Ultimate and will a rubber tip stylus such as the Wacom Bamboo work on it?
March 9, 2016 at 9:13 am #28555This looks very similar, but only 2/32GB like the iwork 10 Super Edition, but with the 1920×1200 screen.

They list this stylus as the compatible one

March 9, 2016 at 10:05 am #28561Okay thanks, that looks just like a Dell active stylus / Synaptics one.
