I have the same problem. It seems like the tablet no longer sees the 64gB memory. Not sure if the memory has died or it is something to do with the firmware / bios or software? Has anyone found a solution for this. I’m slow to send my tablet back to Gearbest for repair due to cost and low confidence in the shop.
