Cube iwork11 have a lot of problem

I use iwork11 in one year. It have any problem. Can not to use long time. In windows have problem at usb 3.0 can not use long time have connect and disconnect when use load file. In android have problem in play store. And have problem in power jack have surge with iwork system. Now i don’t use iwork11. It can not start up. It are show any problem. And don’t have support from cube.
