Cube thinker usb type c to hdmi issue

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a chuwi cube thinker laptop. I also got a usb type c to hdmi adapter :  https://www.gearbest.com/cables-connectors/pp_934636.html

I connect my adapter to my chuwi and then to my monitor tv. I notice that the chuwi can not detect the tv in windows 10 home. I tried using it with my usb type c smartphone and it works great. So i wanted to know if i am doing something wrong or is this a general issue in chuwi laptops. Any ideas or help is appreciated. Thank you.

I’ve bought this one:

And it doesn’t work with Cube Thinker too. I checked on new Macbook and it works great.
So I think that this notebook has HDMI alternate mode, not DP alternate, so we need a different type of adapter.
Can @Cris confirm that?
