    Hi,

Can you push it back and it will stay? If it’s easy to get a replacement try for that, if not I would fix it myself with a bit of glue.

Something like that, especially on a non-critical part, is not worth the hassle of shipping the tablet back. And you know that they will simply ship it to another customer 😉  Personally, put some glue and ignore the “glue spot”.

And yea its a great tablet. Love the stylus ( the main reason why i picked it over the cube i9/X3 ). And the 299$ price was worth it.

I figured, I am asking them for a partial refund via PayPal. I will fix it myself and also get the stylus and the keyboard with the refund I guess 🙂

    Hi,

have the same issue but in the middle directly aorund the camera.

Gearbest does not want to sent a replacement or refund it completly with the shipment costs (a******!)

Problem is, that no repair service here wants to repair it because they say they cannot get the right spare parts… so how did you repair it and how was the result?
