I’m not the smartest when it comes to technology, but my cube i9 came today, after about 1hour-2hours of browsing using edge, my screen went black, ever since, it won’t come back on, I’ve tried charging, rebooting, and using the reset hole!

Wtf is wrong with it, how can I fix it, please help

That does not necessarily meant the screen is damaged.

I had my Iwork11 battery drained not too long ago…long story!

I left it plug in for a few days and finally got it to boot to windows.

The battery indicator never worked right. Booting to android was hit and missed.

I follow suggestion from youtube on another tablet….

    Open the tablet…dis-connect the battery…re-connect the battery…

That did the trick…charging and booting work fine ever since then.

Becareful opening the case…I broke the plastic portion of the sd card slot.

    Was your tablet fully charged?

Thanks for the reply geve! The battery wouldn’t of been full, but would of had a decent amount of charge, Ive just tried it again, its been in charge for about 6 hours, the led flashes red but no screen ;(

I’ve tried resetting the bios with reset hole but I’ll try and take the battery out asap

I have mine pluged in for at least 3 days before I could see a battery icon briefly when tried to boot .

Once there was enough charge to power the buzzer then it started to buzz non-stop….try reset hole, unplug and plug it back in could stop it.

Keep it pluged in till it finally could be booted up.

Avoid booting to android…hit and miss…quite often put the tablet back to the zombie mode.

The disconnect and re-connecting the battery finally did get rid the problem.

Don’t know if that would be the same case as your tablet though….

    Good luck.

    Avoid

This sounds like the exact problem I had.  I had to open mine up, and push all the ribbon connectors back in.  I think one may have not been pushed in all the way and had jiggled loose as I was using it.
