Yes, an official link is available, from the 19 July, but the download link is actually useless as the download terminates at around 10%, whilst saying that it is complete.

The download link will ask you to get &  sign into the Chinese download manager, BaiduYunGuanjia, but after installing it, the manager does not accept an overseas number, only a Chinese phone number.

This You-Tube link will explain how to bypass the download manager, using the TamperMonkey Chrome extension & a script. I tried it & it works but the download stops at somewhere around 8-10%, saying that its complete. It is also very slow, and the tube tutorial explains that you should try again & again & wait for a certain address-link that is super fast. I tried many times, but could not get hold of the fast link.

Anyway, that is as far as I have got with this download. If someone can get hold of the full 7.9 GB download, then it can be shared more easily.

This comes from http://bbs.51cube.com/forum.php. After the web page translates, you hit the firmware tab.

I was hoping the download would get fixed & process the file correctly, but not so far. The bbs.51cube forum is interesting, however, and it translates OK, or sort of OK!,  in Chrome.

I have 73% downloaded with jdownloader 2.  It have done 3Reconnects with recapcha … It is downloading…

I think, i do not Touch the working Windows, so I do not get lost connections…. And reconnects…. Download Speed is 300kb/s

Well, it is a big download, so sharing would take some time.

Personally, I would upload the folder to google drive or Microsoft one drive & make that one folder public or shared. Then the drive link can be posted here. But the upload to either cloud service would take some time.

So, yesterday I Installer the Windows10. Yeah. I shoot on eBay with non booting Windows but working Android.
If only an reinstall of Windows is needed, make an USB Pendrive with NTFS Format and WINPE as name. Copy the content s of Win10 Folder to Pendrive.
And now you must choose under BIOS in Boot Folder the Pendrive an Press ENTER.

OK, I have the i12 firmware as well, same as Luigi. I will upload now, but my upload speed is slow. I will share the link when its done….maybe tomorrow or a little later on.

The 19/7 firmware contains the bios, android & windows 10 images, the win 10 image being the biggest. There is also a Chinese word document, explaining how to install the firmware. Google translate will do a reasonable job turning the Chinese text into English.
