    In short, I would avoid them. Here’s my recent experience… they lied on their website about having a product in stock. They charged my credit card on the day of purchase, then left the transaction status as “processing” for 12 days. After I inquired about the status which has not changed, they told me it’s back-ordered and is expected to ship in 10 (more) days. So although they are giving free shipping on the phone, they are making some money by floating on customers’ money. Not very ethical. Their response was I could either 1) wait, 2) change to another product or 3) request refund. All a pain in the ass that could be avoided if they just had a system that accurately reflects their product’s *stock* status – that is online selling 101 – common sense! I’m sure it’s a strategy they employ on purpose – to make refunds difficult. Again lack of ethics.
