I was having problems with listening to audio through headphones where the sound was garbled, volume too low, and apparently not in stereo.

I uninstalled and deleted the sound card driver, then rebooted, hoping windows would roll back to a default driver. Now there is no audio device available and despite attempting to manually install and several reboots, windows cannot identify the problem.

I reset my windows and the problem still remains. Any ideas?

Hi, You’ll need to install the drivers again. They are here Chuwi Hi8 Pro drivers

Just install the audio driver from the device manager.
