    Hi,

    I bought a cube iwork10 and it came open box… I was quite disappointed and contacted the seller

    The seller claimed he received the product in the exactly same condition from the factory and it should be brand new.

    I suspect it is used but just wondering whether you guys had the same issue too

    Yes of course it came opened, mine (from Gearbest) and the one of my friend too. They changed language to English and removed the charger.

    mine (from GB) too came unsealed. Also the bootloader was unlocked!

    Yes. I think the seller tests the item before shipping it. I bought mine at Gearbest
