different versions? 4900mAh or 9800mAh

gearbest and geekbuying seem to have different versions of the teclast f7

can someone explain this?

It’s 9800 total, but two 4900 cells. Their info is wrong. The two version are 64GB eMMC and 128GB SSD version.
