disable minimise-maximise with touchpad

hello guys i have a t-bao r8 ,

everything is fine except a small problem with touchpad.

i want to disable the minimise-maximise gesture because it is so annoying.

the problem is that the laptop recognize the touchpad like :USB Composite Device, so in control panel i dont have the option to disable or enable touchpad gestures..

the strange thing is that the gestures are workign,2 finger scroll, mimise ,maximise and i want to disable them, is there any way?

is there any other owner of the t-bao r8 ?

if it is possible i want to give me a backup of the drivers
