I’m trying to use an x80 pro as an in-wall display of a home automation dashboard. I was trying to use Tasker to react to a motion event detected through the front camera to turn the screen on, then have it naturally turn the screen back off after some amount of time.
I got to the point of being able to wake the device from sleep, but the lock screen becomes an issue. In my tablet if I go to security settings, there is no option to set the lock screen to “None”, which has always been an option I’ve seen.
Has anyone successfully disabled/bypassed the lock screen on any of these tablets that are missing that option?
