docking keyboard doesn' t work

hi, I have a problem. I bought two original keyboard docking station for my teclast x5 pro but they don’t work. in control panel, in device manager seems to be ok. I tried to reinstall windows but nothing. I entered in bios with an external usb keyboard and all port are active. Therefore seems to be tablet connector is faulty. Can you help me? What i can do?  Do you know update drivers? if I try to update bios, i need an usb keyboard. Thanks a lot!

hi guys on first of june arrive my x5 with this problems

1  keyboard does not work i reistallcwindows but for ten second work then die.
