Does it support external optical drive ?

Cant help here, dont have one but would be nice to know. Otherwise you can use virtual drive like power iso or deamon tools and mount images. You can make images with same software on your pc/laptop or get them from internet.

There is no need to install virtual drive apps because Windows 10 mounts all ISO files and you can use them.

BTW, I have an external optical drive and I can test it but not now because my tablet is overseas and didn’t arrived yet.

Yes, my LG external USB DVD writer works perfectly. I had it out to install some old game CD’s but I only tried it just now. Now if we could just find an OTG hub or adapter that works and charges we would be all set.

Without additional power? I’m curious because my old iwork8 can not open a portable hard drive properly without extra power cable from the wall.
